Thirty one, dull, reliable, and that is genuinely the whole pitch
Looking for a couple who value showing up over anything else
Thirty one, I work in insurance, I live in northern New Jersey with a cat and a slow cooker. I am not going to be the most exciting reply in anybody's inbox and I have stopped trying to be, because the one arrangement I have had came from a couple who told me afterwards that they picked me because my message was the boring one.
Eighteen months in. That arrangement ran about a year and ended when they moved for her job. We had dinner before they left. Her husband and I spent most of it talking about a television programme and she told us both we were ridiculous.
What I am actually good at is turning up. I answer messages. I am where I said I would be at the time I said. I do not renegotiate at the door and I have never once asked for something that was not discussed weeks earlier. That is the entire offer and I am aware it does not read well in a headline.
I can come into the city or across to the west side of the river without complaining about it, and I have my own place with nobody else in it.
Not looking for a couple who want intensity. Not looking to be told what I am supposed to be like, which happened once, and I did my best, and it was not me. Not looking for anything that has to be kept secret from one of you.
Before the first drink Replying goes through the connected platform, so nothing about you is shared until you decide to share it. Take contact slowly and keep identifying details back until trust is earned. Meet somewhere public the first time, with your own way home from it, and if you are a couple then go together. Tell someone outside it where you are going. Never send money to someone you have not met. And if a post or a reply reads wrong, flag it rather than talking yourself out of the feeling.
