CB6000s padlock won't open

Hi everyone, I JUST got my CB6000s a couple of hours back, and it’s the first chastity device I’ve ever owned. To cut to the chase: I tested the lock initially, everything was fine, then assembled all the components and locked myself in. About ninety minutes later, when I went to unlock up again, neither of the two provided keys would open the padlock. freaks out After that brief panic subsided, it felt like my bits had shrunk by three sizes and I slipped out with relative ease (I was using the biggest ring and spacer). But now I’m left with a “locked up” CB unit that’s unusable because neither key seems to turn the lock. To reiterate, I verified both worked before putting them on. Has anyone else experienced this issue? What did you do about it? Thanks for any tips.
