Extended Weekend Away

With a family outing and a romantic getaway on the horizon, my wife finished her packing list tonight. After we talked through some details, I asked about whether a few items were necessary or not, which prompted her to pull up that list for me. She laid out her plans and traced down with her finger to an item near the bottom: “The Key.” She shot me a sideways glance and added, “Of course, it’s optional if I want.” I truly do love my wife.
