Extended Denial Periods and Their Impact

While my wife and I have experimented with chastity (for me) for nearly a decade, I’ve rarely been kept in denial for long stretches. My record of 21 days without an orgasm is nothing special to many here.

What fascinates me are those who stay chaste for months at a time, not just weeks. How has this altered you and your daily life, particularly regarding sex? Did you reach a point where you simply don’t “need” an orgasm anymore—meaning your partner’s pleasure is truly fulfilling enough? I know the “buzz” never quite disappears. Do you engage in sexual activity while remaining chaste (whether locked or unlocked, but without climaxing)? Once your wife/partner finishes, does that count as satisfying for you? You still have that buzz, but do you feel content because she came??
