I know for certain she plans to unlock me tomorrow for some fun, which caused my panic. I located the keys where they usually are and tried checking if the screw would budge. No luck. I feared stripping it while trying to turn it. Grabbing a needle, I chipped away at the edges, applied Dapped Acetone liberally, turned again, and chipped more.

A pair of needle-nose pliers were needed, and after TWO HOURS, I finally extracted the screw.

I didn’t want to endure this ordeal with her tomorrow because I know it would have ruined the mood. I’m foolish enough not to repeat that mistake. Everything is cleaned up well now, and the key is back in place. The screw moves as expected. Hopefully, pleasure awaits tomorrow.

As obvious as it sounds but worth saying: don’t use Loctite on your cage unless you truly mean for it to stay put.
