Blisters Caused by Nighttime Erections

We spent a vigorous evening teasing while I was caged, leading to several powerful nighttime erections that roused me more than once in tears. By the next morning, my scrotum’s underside felt overly tender. I initially assumed it was just light bruising from those strong erection efforts. But later that night, as I chatted with my wife and she examined me, we discovered two tiny fluid-filled blisters right under the base ring! This is a new experience for us—and let’s hope it stays that way given how uncomfortable it was. Has anyone else dealt with this? Could it be because the “ring is too tight”? I’m using an MCN device with a matte finish… Perhaps I should buff the interior of the base ring from matte to smooth? If you have any insights or advice, please share them. I’ve been out of the cage for a few days now while healing up, and frankly, I miss it. The urge is building and might soon overcome me.
