Are typical issues happening with my chastity setup?

Hello all! This is my first actual post beyond the intro, and I need some solid health and safety advice regarding my Holy Trainer V2. My wife bought it for me about a month ago, and we’ve been testing things out, handling issues like chafing along the way. By week three, everything was looking up; I was wearing it for 2 to 3 days at a stretch. Suddenly, though, the device broke on the tube where the lock passes through—I was quite heartbroken over that. Keptforher stepped in and replaced my tube under warranty right away. However, when the new one arrived, I was let down. The old tube felt much smoother with a deeper black color. While I had to sand and polish the seam on the original, it remained significantly smoother than the replacement. You can actually see through the material of the new tube even though it’s black, and the interior is quite rough; I couldn’t possibly put my penis in there until I polished it out myself. So, I started with 600-grit sandpaper, moved up to 2000 grit, and finished at 8000 grit. The inside became much smoother after that, though the seam was still noticeable. My wife suggested I put it back on that night once I deemed it acceptable for my penis. I wore it for two days while she took it off for intimacy; during those times, everything was fine. She let me stay out all night but told me to get back in the next morning. After putting it back on and heading to work, it felt a bit tighter than usual, though I thought maybe my penis was getting used to the tube shape. Later that evening after work, I received some teasing from her cage; I got an erection while locked up, which lasted about 30 minutes without going down. We went to bed later, and although nocturnal erections woke me twice, that’s nothing new. The next morning, I made breakfast for my wife. After cooking, I headed to the bathroom to get ready. I kept touching my balls because they were quite swollen. Initially, I thought it might be due to arousal or being full of sperm, but then I looked through the front slit of my tube and noticed significant swelling on the underside of my penis, specifically on the foreskin area just under the tip. I got the key from my wife and removed the device. It was quite swollen, but a hot shower and some gentle massage cleared out the excess lymph fluid, leaving it looking normal again. However… the bottom of my penis felt very dry and chafed. I think what happened is that as the underside rubbed against the seam, the skin swelled up, making it hard for lymph fluid to circulate freely. Another odd thing was a small, rice-sized lump near the back left side of my shaft. It doesn’t hurt unless pressed firmly, but coincidentally sits right where the rear part of the tube rests on my body close to the shaft. Does anyone agree that the chafing caused this swelling, and perhaps when I tried to get hard, it trapped the fluid? The other change besides the new tube was a 45mm ring I ordered previously. I used to wear a 50mm one, but one night I realized I could completely pull the device off—not just my penis, but everything came out easily enough. With the newer smaller ring, things feel much better; urination is easy, and the device fits snugly against my body now. I’m working on smoothing out the seams in my HT to see if that resolves it all, but has anyone else dealt with similar swelling issues? I really want this to be a long-term commitment. The longer I wear it, the more positive changes I notice for both of us, so trust me when I say I do want to stay locked up. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
