Does the Penis Shrink While Wearing a Cage?

Hi everyone I’m curious if there’s already a discussion on this, as I couldn’t find one and decided to start a new thread. Some people claim (on other forums) that using cages for the long haul can actually cause their penises to shrink over time and lead to erection difficulties. Since I plan to have sex with my wife in the future and want her to enjoy it just as much, being a cuckold husband in chastity makes me worry about these potential downsides of this lifestyle.
