CB6K Lock Arrives Today. Question About the Backup Key

My wife was unaware of chastity devices until I brought them up. She had never even seen the CB6K. However, my libido has spiked due to medication, so she wants to keep me in check. Today I told her I’ll hand over control but there is a spare key available. Instead of the reaction I expected, she said she would hide that spare because she doesn’t trust me. I think I’m getting more than I bargained for. She suggested sealing the spare key inside an envelope and signing it so if I remove my current key and place it into another envelope later, she will know. The sealed envelope method seems like the best option since I can carry the envelope with me when she wants me locked outside while she is away. Is this ideal? Yes, I believe it is. There is also the main key to consider. Her existing key ring has too many items dangling from it, making it noisy and cluttered for bedroom use in low light. I am considering buying her a gold necklace so she can hang the chain on it; however, knowing her style, she probably won’t wear it out much, which might make it seem like wasted money as it would just sit on the nightstand until needed. A separate key ring could be better. Does anyone produce one that is themed for chastity? Another option is using one of my empty carved wooden boxes to store it beside the bed. Since I won’t be locked around the clock, she will need to unlock me during showers and at night when we are together in the same room with no risk of me masturbating. Having her run back and forth to fetch the key can be bothersome for her too; besides, she likely wouldn’t wear a chain around her neck while relaxing at home. Maybe having duplicate keys made to keep scattered about? Any suggestions? All sensible reality-safe ideas are welcome here. I don’t think simply hiding the primary key and calling out if I need it is very safe or reliable. Phones get switched off, batteries drain, they lose signal indoors, and often have to be turned off for various activities.
