Increased Teasing

My wife has been teasing me more frequently. She does it for half an hour each morning, one hour right before I go to sleep at night, and three sessions of an hour long on weekends. After the bedtime tease ends with a lengthy cunnilingus session, I often drift off asleep nestled between her legs. My nighttime erections are quite painful though.
