Upon putting on the device, I realize I’m not quite all the way in. There is some skin gathering, and the head (glans) seems to catch against the ring at the end of the cage. However, I don’t think the dimensions are incorrect. The size we ordered was 2 1/2” length with a 1 1/4” diameter, matching my shaft measurement even though my glans measures 1 3/8”. We also included the spike strip and high security screw. Does anyone have any advice or tips for getting it on properly?
