CB Range discussion

Hello, I’m a newcomer here and just tried my hand at creating my first chastity device yesterday. Not entirely certain if this is the correct spot to share, as I couldn’t locate a dedicated area for homemade devices. My design draws on measurements observed from other online chastity pieces (primarily the CBx000 series). The walls are about 4mm thick, so I plan to thin them in future iterations since the current version is SUPER sturdy… Personally though, I can’t feel much at all, which feels slightly strange. It weighs around 30 grams; a thinner shell will make it lighter still. I haven’t finalized the attachment mechanism yet because I want to nail down the sizing first. However, it appears to do its job: no full erections are possible, and there’s little sensation without pain. Right now, I’m seeking something that offers greater entrapment comfort. I don’t need it painful, just more confining. So likely, I’ll print another test version with a narrower shaft and smaller diameter to see how the difference feels. It would be great if someone here who owns a CBx000 could snap some photos while wearing rules so I can better compare dimensions. I used web store sizing values, but somehow I suspect my measurement points might not have been precise enough. I don’t plan long-term wear with this one because hygiene is tricky due to the large open surface area prone to infection and lack of ventilation, though a few hours of play should be fine. If I need something for longer durations later on, I can address those wrinkles then. For now, I’m enjoying experimenting with designs that alter the sensation. Just exploring possibilities. I’ll share the design file eventually if anyone is interested. However, I’m no professional designer or software wizard; it took quite a bit of effort just to get that basic form at the top of the shaft right. There are also limits on what shapes we can actually print, but so far, I am quite happy with this first prototype. I’ll also be buying some transparent material soon to get a clearer idea of what’s happening inside;)
