Hi there,
My fiancée and I are relatively new to this whole scene. We have a CB2000 which we both really like, though she seems to enjoy it even more than I do! That said, being locked up for long stretches does present some challenges.
I participate in team sports, so wearing the device isn’t practical when I’m changing or swimming. Also, my job occasionally means I can’t wear anything down there at all. We could probably work around those specific issues. The real problem is medical: when I was 12 years old, my testicles twisted (torsion) and had to be untwisted under general anesthesia. They are now anchored inside the scrotum to prevent recurrence. Because of this anchoring, they don’t hang low enough for prolonged wear in a CB2000. It feels like they’re constantly being crushed beneath the cage. Plus, sometimes the ring is quite uncomfortable, making it hard to go from just after installation all the way out into public life. I use Vaseline to help with friction, but it still feels as though skin gets pinched behind my testicles. I try readjusting them, but it doesn’t always work.
We’re holding off on buying a pricier waist-band device because we aren’t completely convinced this is the right path for us yet, mainly due to those two reasons above. Does anyone have any advice?
Edit: I’m using as many spacers as possible in my current setup with the largest ring available.
