The Millers 6000 wasn’t great for me, but the PA 5000 is looking good so far. It’s my second day wearing it full-time after installation and everything feels fine. However, the advice about needing an 8-gauge ring seems off. I started with 8 gauge, but that little hook was nowhere near thick enough. When I went up to 6 gauge, it still wouldn’t pass through. I eventually forced it in—it hurt!—and I’d guess the size is somewhere between a 4 and a 5 if those exist. The rapid enlargement has caused some pain, but nothing unbearable while healing. That said, I’ve worn this device on my preferred toy non-stop since yesterday morning. By this afternoon, any discomfort had mostly faded. I tried sleeping without it earlier, but that seemed to aggravate the piercing because it got bumped around more. It doesn’t feel particularly heavy; I haven’t noticed the same complaints about Lori’s tubes that others mention. I do want a Lori’s tube for its superior protection, though weight is always a concern of mine. So far, this device has been good and I’d recommend it at its current price.

For anyone trying to use a tube without a PA piercing—good luck. They don’t work well and they burn the testicles. I’ve experimented with every method imaginable using various homemade mods and attachments, but nothing lasted more than two days before needing medical help. It was incredibly frustrating. Just get it pierced; it doesn’t hurt that much, and you’ll be happy you did. My wife loves it too. At first she had the usual “I’m leaving your weird husband” reaction to all this chastity business, but her attitude has completely flipped. She really enjoys the control aspect now. I’ve always suspected she was a dominant person waiting to emerge, and she says I treat her differently when I’m muzzled. Personally, I do miss my toy occasionally, and I’m not entirely fond of how my new dish is handling its duties!
