Hi everyone, I’ve been lurking for ages but this is my first post (hopefully!). About a month ago, I got my Jailbird. I did my best with the sizing rings and sent quite a few emails to Mature Metal. Unfortunately though, I’m having some issues, so I’d like to know if anyone else has dealt with similar problems or found solutions. The main problem is that I can’t wear it overnight. When I get an erection, which are fairly powerful given my size (around 7.5 inches when erect, maybe even 8), the device wakes me up in under an hour and it hurts like crazy! During the day, I’m okay with it on—it hugs my dick tightly and isn’t super comfortable, but I can handle it—but at night, erections cause agony. I’ve tried a cheaper version of the CB6000 before, and no matter what base ring size I used, I always ended up in pain.
I think there are two main issues:

The base ring slides down my scrotum during an erection, trapping everything inside. My current base ring is number 3 size. I literally cannot get my balls through a number 2 ring. With the size 3 ring fitted, I can fit the tips of two fingers in when it’s on, but the size 2 just won’t let my balls pass.

The cage length feels too short for me. It seems like I’m not fully inserted (see pic 2; notice how the skin at the base of my shaft isn’t quite all the way in), so when I erect, the cage can’t contain it properly. The diameter might be a bit small as well since it hugs tight, but I don’t think that’s causing the nighttime pain specifically.
It’s really frustrating because I’m not sure how to fix this. I don’t want to spend more money on something that still won’t work:/ The first two pictures show what the cage looks like when soft, and the next three show it during an erection. As you can see, things start changing color and it doesn’t look right at all; the pain feels terrible.
