I have a CB6000. They say one image is worth a thousand words. So please take a look at the photo that resembles the issue I’m dealing with right now

The loose skin and the head itself protrude from the device’s urine opening. It doesn’t hurt much, but once I remove the device or my penis shrinks down, it starts to burn and swell slightly. Does anyone else experience this? What is the solution?
