I really struggle with fully inserting the lock on my Holy Trainer 2. It gets caught between the ring and cage parts nine times out of ten. I try to keep it straight, but it still sticks. Is there a way to tell when the cage and ring are properly aligned so the lock slides in smoothly? This problem is stopping me from using this device because it frustrates my keyholder enough that she gives up and walks away annoyed. That isn’t the reaction I was hoping for.
