I’m curious about the “real” lives of people whose KH and Mistress/Owner are their wives.

There are many challenges in maintaining a D/s dynamic within marriage. Add children, careers, extended family, chores, school runs, etc., and often the fetish and sexual elements must take a back seat, sometimes for long stretches.
