Problems with most current models:

• The rear section is often insecure; pull-out happens almost 100% of the time without any penile anatomy (PA) engagement on all I’ve tried. (Perhaps my small size plays a part, but surely a device should suit everyone)
• If we make the ring tighter for security, pressure eventually builds up and creates sore spots, potentially shortening how long you can realistically stay in it.
• Sizing tends to be generic, and custom steel options are often too pricey and hard to adjust if they aren’t an exact match.

As I mentioned in my blog post ‘My Wife has asked me to wear a chastity cage’, by using limited construction methods and Polymorp thermo-modelling plastic, I created a prototype anti-pullout device that actually works. It’s not perfect yet, but it doesn’t quite meet my ultimate goal: comfortable security against pull-out of about 70%, allowing for long-term comfort and thus extended wear. However, it must remain 100% detectable with mechanisms to prevent re-insertion.

Extracting the penis rearwards should be detected by small rollers connected to a counter or mechanism that tightens as you try to pull out completely—all possible because complex mechanics can be visualized in CAD and rapidly prototyped via 3D printing. Updates and modifications could even be sold separately, showing how our future is limited only by creativity.
