With Lori’s #5 undergoing repairs and adjustments after its security screw snapped, things have been busy. It took three hours of careful drilling to extract the broken pieces before I could remove the PA pin.
D has locked me back into our Tubejacket. The issue is that this device uses a 4 ga PA; after a few days, it started hurting because I’m used to wearing 2 ga in Lori’s and have worn 0 ga jewelry for years.
I also found the lock mechanism tended to pinch my scrotum when sitting down. To fix this, I drilled out the Pa hole in the tube to 8mm (or 0 ga) and installed a screw-together segment ring—I believe they are called Tribal rings. Now that it is secured without needing a screwdriver, the PA causes less pain. Since it has been so successful, I plan to cut off the entire welded locking mechanism from the tube and polish it back to its original state.
We still have the #12D available; I only use it when corrections are needed. I’ve been a very good husband lately, especially after last week of being locked in the 12D.
