How would you determine the best placement for the tube within a full belt to ensure both safety and comfort?
From an anatomical perspective, the upper edge of the tube’s entry hole ought to ideally sit just below the pubic bone (the white structure visible above the penis in the image provided). This positioning maximizes space for the penis to slide into the tube without any hindrance.
If the tube is positioned too high, it can reduce the available room at the entrance, leading to discomfort and potentially cutting off blood flow.
Does that logic hold up?
Assuming it does, the tube’s placement should likely be slightly lower than what you’d calculate if you ignored this factor.
How did everyone measure to find their ideal fit? Did any significant adjustments need to be made after manufacturing to account for this?
