I’m quite new to this (less than six weeks) and a bit shy about posting in an open forum.
I spent a couple of weeks with the PA-5000. I was pleasantly surprised by how much chastity messes with your head, but the issue was that the PA-5000 wasn’t very kind to my penis (which has always been somewhat tricky).
Next, I picked up the CB-6000. It worked well enough, but I attempted to size down the A-ring from its largest setting to the second-largest one—a move that turned out to be a Major Error (TM)—so I’m currently recovering. Once healed, I’ll likely return to the CB-6000 to keep figuring out what suits me best.
Online reviews for Steelworxx devices are generally positive. You can also buy a PA-fixer as an extra security measure. When I was wearing the CB-6000, my motivation to cheat wasn’t really there; it served more as a reminder of my commitment and a way to enjoy slow-burn sexuality. However, with the CB-6000, I had a habit of pulling back into the tube, which didn’t look quite right.
So here is my question: The PA-fixer seems ideal for keeping everything extended in the tube. This might be less critical for metal devices, perhaps? My main worry is… during erections, does the glans get squeezed against the end of the tube and crush the jewelry painfully?
I know you can buy the PA-fixer later on, but despite reading various blogs, I haven’t seen much discussion about how a penis behaves in these tubes.
Lastly, if anyone has tried both stainless steel and powdered-coated Steelworxx devices, what’s the difference? Is it mostly cosmetic (metal vs. colored enamel), or are there comfort factors involved?
