How to Maintain Long-Term chastity????

Here is Bert back with his Lancelot device. I’ve worn it in intervals of one, two, and three weeks, taking breaks between each stretch, mostly without my wife knowing. My goal is to wear it for an extended duration. Does anyone here have experience keeping a cb on for months or even a year? What are the main concerns?

First, how do you conceal it? Second, what about your body and member inside the device (what does he need)? Is there any risk? How should I groom down there, and what products work best for skin care?
