Good benefits of wearing chastity

Hi everyone, first post here but I wanted to talk about some benefits I’ve personally noticed about wearing chastity 24/7 over the last 36 days. For context, I have CMC arthritis in both my hands, and arthritis in both hips and knees, and only at the age of 33! You will see why I mention this. For starters, I’ve always felt like I’ve jacked off too much, usually 1-3 times a day. When I was diagnosed with CMC arthritis in my hands a few years back, it made it harder to do this activity. However I still pushed through and over the years, it has hurt my hands more. Being locked for over the last month and only having a 1-3 times total to do this activity, my hands have hurt less and less, it’s been quite amazing. This has helped keep me motivated to stay locked. I’ve also been working on weight loss and have that as a goal as well, another thing to keep me locked. If I hit a goal point, I get a reward! I’ve lost about 5 pounds, which is awesome and a start. Found some studies with fish oil and how it can assist in making loads bigger and balls slightly larger. I have been taking 1 1000mg pill daily for the same time and both my partner and I can say that it is working, in tandem with being locked of course. This has been a cool thing to discover and have fun with, has anyone else done something like this? What other benefits have others noticed to keep motivated and stay locked?
