Hello everyone, I’ve been a member here for ages, but I don’t believe I’ve ever actually posted. I tend to lurk. Over the years, I’ve noticed many people seeking ‘starter guides’ that lean less towards dominance and more toward mostly-vanilla dynamics where partners are equal and the man isn’t submissive. This closely mirrors my own relationship, and I suspect it might resonate with some members here better than on other platforms. Therefore, I decided to put something together. It aims to offer a no-fantasy, realistic perspective on how a couple can integrate chastity into a more traditional, vanilla setup. Naturally, it’s rooted in my relationship, but I hope I’ve broadened the scope enough for wider appeal. It’s still rough around the edges and would benefit from feedback, input, and constructive criticism. Currently, neocities’ static design means there isn’t an easy way to get comments on the site itself, so please don’t mind me asking here?

  • What should be added? What could go?
  • What aspects do you like or dislike?
  • Is this even a worthwhile concept? Thank you!

It looks good. The hardest part is introducing the idea without overwhelming. There's just so much to learn or know. From a Keyholder (KH) perspective, it needs to remain simple. I started a thread titled "In a few words". The core points were: Why this might work well. What you get out of it. What I get from it. The challenge was condensing all that into one breath 😂 I've read some parts but ran short on time. Here are just a few notes from my point of view. " > Occasionally Locked relationships usually mark the first step for couples where the male initially trusts his partner with the keys" . I see it more as a situation where the Keyholder agrees to hold the key, on her own terms and without feeling pressured. This establishes a new layer of trust. There's also an emphasis that this isn't something imposed upon the Keyholder (like added burden or pressure). Pushing rarely yields good results. Self-lock is a gentle entry point; discussions can help reassure your partner that it causes no harm, feels comfortable, and does no permanent damage to the wearer. It also helps normalize the practice. So self-locking can still be a shared couple experience while building trust. In my case with C's, it was essential for gaining her trust and getting her on board. After some initial trickery which didn't work of course... Or maybe did?

Where this goes next

Every thread on this board is somebody in the same few months of their life, told from different ends of it: the conversation that has not happened yet, the one that ended in tears, the drink that went well, and the weeks afterwards. The site has a page for each, and one account of an evening written while it was still fresh.
