Ball Burn Woes and Uncertainty on What's Next

Alright, no beating around the bush. I’ve tested HappyGo Stainless Steel from Amazon, the HolyTrainer V5, and currently have the HappyGo Resin on order from Aliexpress. My verdict is that metal just isn’t for me. It’s heavy and sets off metal detectors easily. Based on all my trials, a nub design appeals to me most.

However, it’s not quite over yet because I deal with significant skin folding along the bottom edge of my devices. With the HolyTrainer, I can only manage up to two hours at best; with the HappyGo Resin, I’m still working through that issue, but nighttime pain is a problem. To sum it up: every device causes this skin folding.

I’ve used Coconut oil, moisturizers and a water based lube which offer some relief, though only for a short while. I even tried switching sizes - I should fit a 40-45 ring size, but lower numbers make the skin folding worse, while higher ones press more on my balls (and don’t solve the folding issue).

My aim is to last through November in one of these devices. Some say the skin “toughens” over time, others disagree. I’m unsure which to believe. I’ve already poured so much cash into chastity gear (the HolyTrainer was pricey; I won’t be spending that kind of money again).

My questions are - Is there a budget-friendly nub chastity device that avoids metal detector alarms and prevents ball burn? How can I get rid of this issue? Long-term wear is my dream.

I'm not sure about the specific devices; I use a steelheart and only take it off when absolutely necessary for passing through metal detectors. The lotions help with ball burn, but the main culprit is the gap between the tube and the device. It’s mostly trial and error over time. That's how I managed it after years of testing different models. My steelheart fits perfectly, though I still get some burn at night without lotion. Good luck on your search.
