A question regarding long term denial before finally releasing

If I may ask, I’m a semi-feminised cuck husband in my late 50s, having worn a CB for many years. I usually stay locked up with only occasional breaks to sleep and shower.

I do play with myself sometimes but never reach the finish; I prefer that permanently aroused mindset that comes from being locked up, so I’m content not cumming.

However, when either she or I decide it’s time for a full release—perhaps once or twice a year—I produce only a small amount of fluid. I understand this is normal, but it leaves me exhausted, not just for the day, but for several days after. Is that typical?
