New User Assistance with CB6000s

Hey folks, I shared some of these details in the new members thread earlier, so to cut a long story short: I impulsively ordered a CB6000s after being curious for ages without doing much proper research. My wife wasn’t part of the plan initially, but she spotted the delivery email and, following a solid discussion, agreed to explore this with me! It arrived yesterday, and after chatting last night, we decided to try it overnight to see if we both like it. Getting it on was a bit of a struggle because my arousal levels were up, but eventually, I managed to lock it using the largest ring and biggest spacer. I’m not particularly large in any dimension, but the tip reached the end of the tube. Once I relaxed, it felt quite comfortable, and I liked having it there.

The issue is that being new to this makes me hyper-aware when something is on my junk, so I kept getting aroused throughout the night. I managed to sleep, though I woke up a few times; during those wakings, everything was pulling away from my body as if trying to get fully hard. I didn’t slip out, but in the morning when we removed it, I was quite sore with some throbbing pain in my right testicle—kind of like severe blue balls. I ended up rubbing one out to calm things down and hopefully reset for later tonight or this weekend; the pain did eventually subside.

After doing a bit more research today, I realize there are likely other good options available. However, since I’ve already spent the money (and it wasn’t cheap), I’d like to give this one an honest try before looking at alternatives. So, what tips can you offer regarding the pulling sensation when aroused? Would switching to a smaller ring and bridge help prevent getting hard too soon? Any other advice? Also, any concealment tips would be appreciated. Ideally, I want to wear it all day while out or at work, but with the padlock attached, there is definitely a noticeable bulge even in tight underwear. I assume plastic locks might be more discreet, though I don’t want to go through them too quickly.
