Inquiry regarding small nub or tiniest cage models

I ran into a Dominant on reddit recently who was asking about chastity since she and her husband are just starting out. Naturally, I wrote quite a bit but tried to provide plenty of help so they can sidestep the pitfalls I’ve encountered.

There are databases like those from NCSF listing kink-friendly doctors, but I don’t plan on booking an appointment for something that doesn’t directly affect me. Are there knowledgeable experts or physicians online who answer questions? I recall a female expert—she was dominant, if memory serves—who ran an old-school forum-style message board where you could post queries. Her name escapes me now, though she seems fairly well-known in the community based on what I recall. I picked up so much reading her boards back around twenty years ago.
