Got a new device but my wife is puzzled

I’ve been discussing chastity devices for a while now, and my wife usually gives me that look of puzzlement. She doesn’t quite grasp why I’d want to be locked up herself. It’s all rather baffling to her, leaving her unsure how to feel about it. Eventually, she told me to go ahead and get one, though she remains uncertain about the outcome. Over time, as we’ve talked more and I showed her some articles, I think she’s moved from confusion to curiosity. In my view, once she gets past that initial surprise, she might really take a liking to it. I’m curious if anyone else has had this same situation: a partner who starts out doubtful but ends up enjoying the caging process.

She wasn’t entirely skeptical since we’d previously experimented with both a 'Gates of Hell' and a 'Stallion Guard'. Still, she did slowly increase the duration as she grew used to being in control. Over roughly ten years, what started out as occasional month-long stints evolved into wear periods lasting up to 18 months.
