A secondary cover...suitable for guys?

I’m just curious; has anyone seen something like this? Tubes are too hard to clean if they have any real coverage, and full belts are obviously impossible. So what about a second shield, like belts for women? Like a belt around the waist, a front piece, your junk goes into a small cage, and then over it, locked into the front piece but not touching the cage, is another cover. You could then make both fairly open, at least easy to rinse, dry, or spray with rubbing alcohol. You could also make the outer shield removable for deeper cleaning of the inner tube while leaving everything else in place. With everything in place, you could never touch the inner part, you couldn’t pull and yank on it, you could even have it cover the boys so you can’t play with them either. With the right design, you could probably make it block vibrations, so even a vibrator wouldn’t work (since the outer cage doesn’t touch the inner one, they’d have to travel through the front plate and then into the inner tube). I did once see a photo, and I don’t know where it was originally from, of a short metal cage that was inside a sphere of metal that opened clam-shell style, but it was still attached to the same base ring. Seemed heavy. If I had enough disposable income, I think I might try to get one such thing made for me…
