- Mostly inStarting out
Hello everyone, first time poster! I wanted to share some thoughts without going full journal mode. So, A while back, I picked up a CB3000 during a sale at Subshop. The excitement was real, and the concept won me over quickly. However, after several tries with the largest ring available, the shine faded. It shifted around quite a bit, but more importantly, pulling it out became much easier than expected for how well it fit comfortably. I stored it away and mostly forgot about it. Roughly twelve months ago, I dove back into device research and discovered this forum. The discussion on ring sizing prompted me to try the next size down—the second largest option. This improved things significantly overall, though it remained a bit loose and wobbly. It confused me how others could wear one while jogging or doing other activities; there was just too much play and slop around that time. I also performed the steel hitch pin modification then, which greatly secured the device. After several attempts at extended wear periods, I felt like an idiot. One evening, I nearly pulled it out on my own, which was genuinely frightening. I could achieve decent hardness, yet I realized I needed a narrower tube because I only really touched the tip when erect. Standing up, I had to pull the device upward as if adjusting loose trousers. Again, I felt the lack of practicality and comfort combined with the easy removal made it somewhat useless. I considered full belts but found them too bulky for my current lifestyle. So, I purchased an eBay imitation Holy Trainer. I dislike supporting copies, but since the original HT had only one ring, the OEM price was a bit steep to risk not working out. I know hinged devices have numerous downsides, yet somehow I just couldn’t get the genuine HT fitted correctly. Admittedly, this knockoff seems to position its ring mount bracket slightly lower than what is shown in photos of the authentic version. However, due to my specific body shape (I’m average overall but have a relatively smaller penis and larger testicles), it still didn’t quite work for me. I was disappointed because it looked great and I really wanted something that would stick. Darn it. While browsing this forum again, someone else mentioned similar issues and was advised to try a smaller ring. So I grabbed the third/middle-sized ring and tried it. What a massive difference! The tube rests much closer to my body now, allowing me to move quite normally. Instead of just pleasant pressure when erecting, I feel a pulsing sensation from blood flow, but it barely shifts. I’m still adjusting, but I can clearly see its usefulness. Sometimes it feels a bit snug, and I worry slightly about causing damage due to hypochondria. But once we figure out how to get through the night comfortably, this might be the one. I’ve worn it from returning home until sleep and even longer without trouble. Pulling it out is possible but requires effort. When erect, it gets tighter—not in a sexy way, just tight. I’m much more optimistic that this will actually work. The next step is getting my wife to agree to Keyhold. I’ve been faithful to myself by refraining from masturbation when the device is on and have focused more attention on her. She seems generally happier lately, which gives me a good selling point. Our sex life has always been decent, but she probably doesn’t realize how often I masturbate or how much it impacts my desire for her. I find her very attractive, yet now after about a week in the cage… when she walks by, I almost drool. Good heavens! Let’s see what happens next. Thanks for listening.
