Seeking a Specific Image

I have a peculiar request for all of you. About twelve months back, I spotted an online picture with text overlaid on it, and since then I’ve been searching in vain to locate it again. The scene showed a fully clothed man standing somewhere, while a woman stood beside him as if addressing him. The text read something along the lines of “your wife told me to ask you what the key around her neck was for”. If anyone knows where this picture is hiding, please tell me.
