Hello all- This past weekend was a first for Baton Rouge TSA, as they’d never encountered a chastity device on a traveler before.;) (Shows how thorough they were!) The metal detector didn’t give me any trouble at all. However, after the pat-down, I got pulled aside when the screener noticed my CB6000s. I whispered to him “it’s a chastity device.” He went to fetch his supervisor, who gave me an priceless expression of disbelief. I headed into a private area, dropped my pants, and revealed it. A TSA agent laughed and asked how long I’d been married before joking, “I bet you REALLY can’t wait to see your wife!” The whole process took only about 3-4 extra minutes at most.:) I should have felt shy, but I was entertained. All I could picture was that scene from “This is Spinal Tap” with the metal detector.
Has anyone else dealt with similar security mishaps while wearing a cage? -FD
