excessive frequency while in chastity

It looks like lately my wife is beginning to appreciate being in charge of the key, and I’m noticing more erections while locked up. We are having penetrative vaginal intercourse six or seven nights a week, lasting at least forty minutes each time, sometimes over an hour. Often I am so exhausted that after sex I don’t need the cage because I drop off to sleep immediately, even without getting a release (which usually happens every one or two weeks). Last night I was so weary that we opted for a break from wearing it for a few days but kept the device on. Before beginning this chastity journey, our frequency was already quite high back when we were younger (we are now around 45). Is this excessive? I like it, but is there any health risk? Does anyone have similar experiences? I certainly use common sense and take a break if I feel tired, but I just wanted to hear about your experiences and see if we might be going too far…
