Device for Long-Term Wear

My wife has gotten back into her permanent chastity routine. I can’t guarantee it will last forever, but I’m pretty sure it’ll be at least six months long. Lately, I’ve been getting a bit weary of constantly taking off my Holy Trainer just to clean it. I’d like some recommendations on devices that provide good hygiene access without needing full removal. My goal is something I can keep on for about a week between cleaning sessions. Ideally, I’m looking for something suitable for permanent wear, though I wonder if that’s actually doable. The first thing is no piercings allowed; neither of us are keen on that idea. The second must-have is minimal glans stimulation potential. Also, I’d prefer a device shorter than my HT “short” tube. Even with its smaller length, it feels quite long when I’m flaccid. Often, there’s about 3/4” to nearly an inch of empty room in the tube when fully soft.
