This topic pops up regularly, so let’s clear it up now:

The mod team doesn’t judge your specific kinks (there is no implied criticism there), but we aim to create a space where you can talk about enforced chastity, OD, T&D, and similar topics without the obvious displays of other kink styles like BDSM, Sissification, Cuckolding, and many others. While some members enjoy those interests, our goal is to keep them on the periphery so that people who are uneasy with other kinks have a spot to focus purely on chastity-related discussions.

When we launched this group five years ago, we wanted to set it apart from Chastity Mansion and several larger forums whose memberships leaned more toward BDSM. Our aim was a forum primarily for the vanilla crowd—folks who were turned off by the sissy & cuck contingent at Chastity Mansion and the heavier BDSM groups elsewhere.

In that first year, many sissies migrated over from Yahoo Groups and The Mansion, which drove away some of our original members. We decided not to discourage the sissies themselves, but rather the heavy use of terminology associated with their lifestyle. It’s a subtle distinction, but it worked as a compromise. This wasn’t a hasty choice; it aligned with our commitment to adult discussions that avoid adopting “character” or personas.

So, here is how we operate: you can join in, ask questions, give answers, and so on—but as Joe, not Sissy Joanna. It’s not perfect, but it is the compromise we settled upon.

On a personal note, while I don’t mind your specific kinks, I do care that this forum remains mainly for the vanilla crowd. When I began blogging back in the stone age, most of my questions came from married or partnered men and women who felt out of place on Yahoo Groups (especially the women) and some other well-known boards at the time. Ironically, there wasn’t really a home for these more vanilla folks, so we built this group with them in mind. Since then (2010), we’ve grown into a small but interesting community, and I’m generally pleased with how things have turned out.

Where this goes next

Couples threads are logistics with feelings attached: what to write down, what to hand over, who pays for what, and how long any of it takes. Two of these pages are about the agreement itself, and the third is the honest answer about the calendar.
