Yet another discussion on measuring and choosing a device

Okay, I realize this is yet another discussion about measuring and choosing a device, but it holds special significance for me. After doing my homework and reading through previous posts, I’ve settled on the Jailbird. However, there are still a couple of lingering doubts.

The main issue is figuring out the correct length. Everyone seems to agree that you should follow standard sizing rules by subtracting 1/4” from your measurement. While our usual way of using them might not change this much, it doesn’t hurt to double-check. My wife really enjoys teasing me, particularly when I’m locked up tight. A snug fit makes sense for long-term wear, but what about during intense teasing sessions? It looks like being unable to grow at all would be miserable. Am I overthinking that?
