When Did Your KeyHolder Find Her Rhythm?

I’ve been going through other people’s blogs and finding some truly exciting stories, but I noticed a gap: how things started out for the KeyHolder (KH) and the guy in lockup. Basically, I’m hoping to get some encouragement from others so my wife can really take this seriously and start dominating me more fully. Sure, there have been subtle shifts over the last few months since we began, but she doesn’t seem particularly keen on Training & Domination (T&D) or drafting a contract that could push things forward. She’s said plenty of times that she enjoys having me locked up and controlling my orgasms, yet she rarely does more than that. I’m starting to wonder if she just likes the total denial for now until she feels like playing around. Is anyone else in this same boat? If so, did your KH evolve over time and add different types of play into chastity eventually? Did she move from vanilla to hardcore… or at least past vanilla?
