Long-Term Male Chastity

Back in 2012 I was new to the concept but the idea seemed to fit my interests and the relationship I was looking for. Three years later, despite the ups and downs, pardon the pun, my KH and I are still pursuing this lifestyle. I’m wondering what the average period of time is for both the male and the KH before making the decision to abandon or stay with MC long term?
