New to the Dynamic: Managing Chastity and Frustration After Two Years

I’ve been living under a master slave dynamic for just over two years now. My partner has assumed control of my self-pleasure privileges. I’m married, and my spouse knows about my M/s bond with another woman.

To get to the point: she’s decided that it doesn’t bother her if I wear a chastity device around home (*she likely suspects why but asks no questions; note that she holds no *key). I’m currently 23 days into this new setup. Since starting, I’ve had sex with my wife three times and received permission once to self-pleasure. Before this arrangement, she usually granted me that permission one or two times a week personally. To be honest, I derive more satisfaction from masturbation than intercourse. Also, there is no sexual component between the master and myself; that’s her limit.

What I’d like to ask is how some of you handle the urge to touch yourself and manage the sexual frustration common among those of us who enjoy chastity?

I’ve been controlled for years now but never with this level of strictness before. So far, I am absolutely loving it. Do any of you have advice on coping mechanisms?
