I’ve started noticing a new reaction since starting chastity, and it’s definitely positive.
My wonderful KH wife and I have been living this lifestyle for over four years now, growing much closer than at any other point in our marriage. She has just left to visit her parents for the first week of two weeks, helping out because her dad recently had surgery. It feels quite different; I’m missing her more than usual. While I always miss her when we are apart, this time is truly distinct. My constant 24/7 arousal and excitement have mostly disappeared, except during our much-anticipated phone calls where hearing her voice feels like a necessary remedy. Her face occupies my thoughts constantly. I can’t wait for her return so I can hug, kiss, and serve her again. She surely cannot wait to be back either. When she arrives home on the scheduled day, I know my excitement will skyrocket.
It is remarkable how much our lives and emotions have shifted since we entered this way of life. I often say that chastity revolves around her, but deep down, I realize it is really about us both.
