The HolyTrainer arrived about seven days ago, and I’ve been switching back and forth between it and the Bon4m, testing out various ring sizes. I’m fond of both. The HT appeals to me because it fully covers the penis and the cage never causes pinching. It does take your cock and turn it into a non-item. I enjoy the sensation of the squeeze as it is locked tightly in the cage due to its snug fit. I reach all the way to the end, where compression occurs, which feels good. The Bon4m appeals to me because I like its weight and construction. Initially, I used the 45mm ring on the HT, wearing it throughout Saturday and Sunday, but noticed some pinching on the back of my scrotum, so I removed it and checked—it left a nice red spot. So I switched to the B4m with the 45 mm ring, which might have been an error. The following day was O day, allowing freedom in the morning, and I stayed loose until bedtime when I put on the 48mm ring on the B4m. This worked better as things were healing. I’ve alternated between the two devices using different ring sizes. Smaller rings tend to make me sore. With the HT, the 50mm ring is comfortable; with the B4m, the 48mm ring works well for me without creating a sore spot either way. However, I do pop out occasionally and at random times. I used Berts Bees Mama Bees oil for some time and am now using a silicone oil. I believe the issue on Sunday was that I had applied lotion instead of oil, though oil isn’t necessarily the cure. Adjusting the spacing is not an option with either device, so I can’t do that. So, after that preamble, here is my question. I’ve read that your sac adjusts and adapts to rings over time, eventually allowing you to move to a smaller ring. I know I wouldn’t pop out with a 45mm size and would like to use it, but don’t want to create problems. Again, I do apply oil regularly. How long does it usually take before moving down to a smaller sized ring? Is it weeks or months? Should I “force” the issue? For now, I think I’d rather risk popping out than dealing with soreness and having to go without the cage for a while. I really intend this to be a long-term lifestyle change, not just a game. The goal is to stop me from masturbating and improve our love life. So far it seems to work, but I need to know how to get comfortable. Spending money on a MM Jailbird isn’t in the budget right now, nor will it be for quite some time. What’s your experience? What do you suggest?
