Today I handed over both keys to my wife. Quite a momentous occasion for us both. I do not know when I shall be allowed out of the device now. However, we will be going overseas to work for several days in just over a week’s time, so I will be allowed out to travel. I do not know whether Mrs Ringo will have me locked while we are away, but I’ll almost certainly be locked again when we get back home. So far the JB has proved a success and the ability to wear a PA – both the 16mm and the 19mm ring comfortably is a tremendous advantage. I can even manage to use the pliers to change the PA rings if I wish. There was one fitting problem as I was experiencing the dreaded ‘escaping ball’ syndrome, but William at MM gave me instructions on how to make a minor adjustment. This all looked a bit drastic and involved the use of a bench vice in my workshop, but it was very easy and needed a minimum of force to close the gap a fraction between the ring and the cage. Night erections are so much less uncomfortable wearing the JB that any other device I have worn in the past. Yes, it feels very tight when I get hard, and this does wake me up, but it’s almost a strange ‘comforting’ feeling with no pain. It simple makes me cuddle up to Mrs Ringo even closer. Mrs Ringo is happy very with the device and that’s the main incentive for me. She even likes the way my PA ring ‘chinks’ like a small bell very gently as I walk. She says she can tell exactly where I am now. This simple mod for a PA wearer of the JB really works well – MM charged 40 dollars for the mod, but it’s worth it and the workmanship is excellent. All the other devices I have worn in the past have made wearing a 5 or 6mm PA very uncomfortable. I’m now wearing a colourful 5mm purple anodised titanium ring – Mrs Ringo really likes the contrast between this and the stainless steel of the device. We have not yet tried the ‘ant-pull out’ pins which we ordered with the device, but no double we will be testing these very soon.
