The sole chastity device I’ve worn since last year is the Jailhouse spiral steel cage. It included three base rings: 40, 45, and 50 mm. For the first few months, I went with the 50 mm ring. Slowly, as my penis and testicles adjusted to it, I noticed it becoming loose, so I switched over to the 45 mm ring. Now that I’ve been chaste for well over a year, I recently realized that during nighttime erections, my shaft tugs the base ring away from my scrotum, causing occasional pain. This makes me wonder if trying the 40 mm ring is a good idea. Last week I managed to fit in the 40 mm ring but found it a bit too snug even when flaccid. My questions for everyone are:
- Should I move down to the 40 mm ring?
- Sure, I might endure some discomfort initially at night, but my scrotum won’t get yanked away anymore.
- Also, since the cage will sit tighter against the skin, I suspect it could be more comfortable overall.
- Has anyone else kept a tight base ring in place?
- Could that potentially harm the tissues of the penis or scrotum? I’d appreciate some expert input.
