Lori 2D Screw Stripped During Travel -- HELP!!

Hello everyone - my wife and I have really enjoyed our time in chastity over the last couple of years. Last Christmas, I treated myself to a Lori 2D ( It’s a custom stainless steel fortress.

I’ve been fluctuating between locked and unlocked states since December, but this round I’ve stayed sealed for two months straight. The only exception is that I hold the key (technically it’s more like a socket screw wrench) so I can remove the device when traveling. I slip it off to get through airport security checkpoints, then pop it back on once past the scanners. I’m usually quite disciplined about keeping my cage on because it stops me from accidentally touching myself and sliding down temptation lane. Without it, I’m constantly masturbating.

It seems that when I re-locked myself at the airport recently, I twisted too hard. This morning in my English hotel room, I woke up with a pinching sensation, so I decided to let some air out and add lube for my chafing testicles. But wait—I can’t! The screw thread has stripped! I’ve attempted various methods but simply cannot extract it.

—I need to fly to France on Thursday and return to the US by Saturday. There will certainly be an opportunity for a release, assuming they allow me onto the aircraft at all. Has anyone else dealt with this issue?

—Complicating matters further, my wife has grown fond of our dynamic but is now annoyed that I’ve added this mechanical headache to her routine. I’m actually unsure how to get it off myself! Does anyone understand how a countersink works? Is that the answer here? These screws are quite peculiar, so I’m not entirely sure how to handle them… Any advice for those with more technical know-how?? I’ve also sent an email to Lori asking for guidance. I really wish these screws were made of tougher material given their price!!!!
