Extended duration chastity wear and hygiene issues

I haven’t been locked up for very long yet, but I can honestly say that if my feelings remain the same in six months as they are now, chastity will become my next big life decision. My wife acts as both partner and key holder, and she is perfectly fine with this goal; being in control suits her well.

I do need some advice on extending the interval between necessary device cleanings. I currently wear a CB6Ks, and after about a week—even with daily showers and cleaning—it becomes clear that it needs a more detailed wash using the right materials.

If anyone has suggestions for prolonging these required cleanings, please share them.
