For me, this is the only suitable tube option. The cage leads to edema in my penis. Afterward, I need a few days without wearing it for everything to settle back down. One benefit of the cage is improved hygiene. However, with a chastity belt featuring a tube, you have to take off the whole device to wash your genitals and then put it back on.
