CB6000 damaged...still brand new

What should I do? It looks like I can’t get a refund or exchange since I’m fairly certain the seller wasn’t an authorized dealer. So, here I am with a brand new unit that is unreturnable, unreplacable, and unfortunately unusable. The cage part is beginning to come apart at both the top and bottom edges, where there are small grooves joining them. The separation on the upper side reaches all the way up to the head of the cage. On the lower side, it’s splitting halfway down the shaft (midway through those little grooved sections). The underside is really the trouble spot because nothing seems to be holding it together. I’m sure someone here has dealt with this before and knows a fix. I’ve reached out to both the seller I bought from and A.L. Enterprises. My guess is they’ll both tell me bad news. It’s my own fault for not checking the return policy closely enough. I finally convinced my wife, but I doubt she’d be willing to spend more money on another device right now.:oops:
