I’m talking about those of us in our 40s, 50s, or 60s who seem to make up a significant chunk of the posters here and show such an attraction to MC. I am mid-40s myself. Does it help by distracting from a declining libido? Maybe it reduces the pressure to perform as frequently, or shifts the focus away from PIV sex toward other forms of intimacy? Or perhaps after navigating the ‘parental wilderness,’ we have the time to reconnect with our partners and ourselves. Devices are just there waiting to be discovered these days. We’ve reached a stage in life where we can do what we darn well please, and this is exactly what pleases us. We’re just the ones who speak up—the younger crowd is too busy having sex!
